While those lucky fans that were in Hall H at Comic Con this past year got the first look at next year’s much anticipated Avengers: Age of Ultron, the rest of us have had to be very patient. Marvel has dropped information here and there, like an official plot and some still images, but nothing to give us a good indication of what Age of Ultron is going to be like. Many fans were expecting to get a trailer alongside Interstellar next month, but now it appears it’s coming even sooner.
Marvel confirmed the news of it’s premiere via their Twitter:

While it doesn’t seem like that long to wait for a trailer, some tentpole films like this one get teasers up to a year in advance. The official plot for Age of Ultron is as follows:
When Tony Stark tries to jumpstart a dormant peacekeeping program, things go awry and Earth’s Mightiest Heroes, including Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, The Incredible Hulk, Black Widow and Hawkeye, are put to the ultimate test as the fate of the planet hangs in the balance. As the villainous Ultron emerges, it is up to The Avengers to stop him from enacting his terrible plans, and soon uneasy alliances and unexpected action pave the way for an epic and unique global adventure.
The trailer will premiere online probably around the same time, and make sure to check back here for when it does.
