So that’ll be Deadpool 2 starting to film, then – with Ryan Reynolds marking the occasion by posting a tweet of himself, in costume, outside the X-Mansion. So that’ll be the X-Mansion appearing in Deadpool 2, then.
Dropped by the X-Mansion. Big fucking surprise. No one's home. pic.twitter.com/svbUMEdKbb

The mansion is otherwise known as Hatley Castle, in British Columbia; and it previously served as Xavier’s School for Gifted Youngsters in X2, X-Men: The Last Stand and (for a brief exterior shot only) the first Deadpool. Notably, it wasn’t used in X-Men: First Class, where Englefield House in Berkshire stood in instead. Comic Book Resources had previously picked up an exclusive that Deadpool 2 was filming there, only to be scuppered by Reynolds blowing the story wide open shortly afterwards.
CBR also noticed the presence of a certain yellow taxi, seemingly confirming that Dopinder – the hapless driver from the first film – will be returning for this one. I mean, it could just be a completely unrelated yellow taxi, but come on.
Alongside Reynolds, Morena Baccarin (Vanessa), TJ Miller (Weasel), Brianna Hildebrand (Negasonic Teenage Warhead) and Stefan Kapičić (Colossues) are all expected to return; while Josh Brolin and Zazie Beetz join the cast as Nathan “Cable” Summers and Neena “Domino” Thurman respectively. And we may already have seen Cable’s hairdo, courtesy of this Instagram post from Brolin:
Deadpool 2 is due for release on June 1, 2018. It will probably make an awful lot of money.
